Each character has its own abilities and gameplay mechanics: Sonic can use his speed and homing attacks, Tails can fly and use various gadgets, Knuckles can burrow underground and climb on walls, and Amy can use her hammer to swing on poles. Players will be accompanied by 4 famous characters of the series: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy.
The gameplay in the game focuses more on exploring and fighting elements than the previous versions of the series. Along with the “Sonic Boom: Shazed Crystal” game for Nintendo 3DS, the game is a spin-off of Sega’s “Sonic the Hedgehog” series and part of the “Sonic Boom” franchise. “Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric” is an extremely exciting action-adventure game developed by Big Red Button and released by Sega.
